Scope of service • Completion of the system includes commissioning and adjusting the system as well as training the

client's operating personnel.

• The required process materials are provided by the client. A list of the lubricants approved by the CHP

manufacturer and other regulations for process materials is included with the quotation.

• The client must be prepared to meet all requirements to ensure trouble-free commissioning and safe

ongoing operation. In particular, the client should ensure the provision of energy and process materials

in accordance with the CHP manufacturer's specications for process materials, as well as the smooth

transfer of the power and heat generated.

• The operating personnel is available for instruction and assistance at no extra cost.

• Commissioning is completed with the handover of the system to the client. The operating risk transfers

to the client with this handover. No later than when it delivers an economical benet will the system be

deemed to have been handed over.

• Should a separate journey to site be required through on-site delays, e.g. due to acceptance by the

power supply utility, test body or similar, such additional costs can be invoiced.

Note The readiness for commissioning should be advised in writing approx. 2 to 4 weeks prior to the required

date using the registration form to be sent to the service centre in Landsberg.

Order processing In other countries according to costs plus travel expenses beyond the German border upon production of

support (international) receipts plus 10 % handling fee (+ art. no. 7428872)
